mlwb Terms and Conditions

1. General Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mlwb platform and all associated services. mlwb ("we", "platform") operates an online betting and gaming platform for players in Bangladesh, which includes cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various other types of games.

By opening an account on mlwb or using any service on the platform, you ("user", "member") acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. mlwb reserves the right to change these terms at any time, and you will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any gaming or betting service on mlwb, you must be 21 years of age or older. We take appropriate steps to verify age and may request a valid identity document when necessary. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for the same person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of your account, and any winnings earned may be forfeited.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account, whether or not it was done with your knowledge.

• Never share your account details with any third party.
• Use a strong and unique password that you do not use anywhere else.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify mlwb support immediately.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out at the end of your session.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing someone else to operate your account, is prohibited.

mlwb will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If anyone claiming to be an mlwb representative asks for your password, it is a scam — report it immediately at [email protected].

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on mlwb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — this applies to all methods.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit, unless mlwb provides different instructions.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily placed on hold for the following reasons:

• Account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• The account is under review due to suspicious activity.
• Due to technical or banking issues.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

mlwb is committed to preventing money laundering. Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be used solely for personal gaming purposes. mlwb reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500); depositing ৳8,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus (total balance ৳13,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, the wagering amount = ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• A bonus applies to one account only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts or from the same device/IP address will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• mlwb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus abuse (such as arbitrage betting or strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements) will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• VIP cashback and other loyalty rewards have their own terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotions page.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

mlwb is fully committed to fair play. All our games are sourced from verified software providers and operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures neutral and unpredictable outcomes.

6.2 Betting Rules

All bets must be placed in accordance with the rules of the applicable game. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a game or event is cancelled for any reason, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the stake will be returned.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any result or win that appears due to a software or system error is not valid and mlwb is not obligated to pay it out. In such cases, mlwb reserves the right to cancel the game or event and return the stake in order to resolve the issue.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mlwb and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Fraud & Forgery: Any kind of fraudulent activity, false identity, or use of forged documents.
• Bots or Automated Software: Use of bots or automation software that mimics human betting behaviour.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illicit funds.
• Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same individual.
• Minor's Account: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 21 years of age, or giving them access.
• Commercial Use: Using the platform for professional gambling services or business purposes.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by mlwb

mlwb may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of these terms.
• If the user does not cooperate with the account verification process.
• In the case of suspicious financial transactions.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Before the account is closed, if all valid bonus requirements have been met, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, if the user themselves has breached the security measures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mlwb's total liability shall in no event exceed the balance in your account at that time.

12. Changes to the Terms

mlwb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified at your registered email address or shown a notification when you access the platform.

Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and request that your account be closed.
